Soundproofing foam arrived from FoamByMail - it looks pretty cool, but naturally I didn’t quite order enough. I’d love to claim this was intentional, but really I just didn’t calculate properly. It’s just as well, because as I was cutting up the foam sheets, I wrote down the wrong size, and cut it before I figured that out. Fortunately, it will work out once my new order arrives, but it does make me feel rather silly.
I also went ahead and used silicone sealent to close up all the joints in the soundproofing box to help enhance its effects. That, at least, will help no matter what else happens. I’m really looking forward to using my device and not worrying about my neighbors. Bwahahahaha!
